My role at Avenue Code has been multifaceted. I have worked at different clients as product designer, all work is under NDA.
What I can share though, is my role as design manager for Avenue Code’s design team.

Team Management
Our team has over 50 designers spread into different continents. We all collaborate sharing knowledge about our experiences at our clients. Our team is composed of junior, mid, senior and principal level designers.
My work is to manage helping designers technically, strategically, and psychologically to deal with their challenges in the best way possible.
We also conduct a number of experiences to educate the team on tools, methodologies and whatever new trends there are in the market.
Product Design
I also currently work for clients as product designer. My work as consultant is to tackle projects within clients in terms of web and product design.
The process varies according to the clients tech maturity and challenge. I've worked with design systems, UI, research, dealing with complex environments that require a lot more than technical ability.
