At xprog I had my first full on experience as ux designer. More than that, we were able to create unique relationships that last to this day. The team was able to deliver websites, apps, software solutions to a wide range of clients.

Clients

The team worked on several projects for companies such as Organizações Globo, Grupo Avenida and others.

My role within the team was to conduct all UX process throughout projects, products and websites.

Takeaways

The main lessons I took from working at Xprog was the importance to cultivate relationships across all clients and teams we work with.

We were able to ship many things that we were proud of. Even with a small team, the work we delivered had a high quality bar.

Collaboration was the key to deliver beyond expectation.
